How this website handles your personal data. Last updated 16 October 2026.
Who we are
This website, azimuthnoc.com, is run by Innovation Labs Group, Leoforos Alexandras 122, 11471 Athens, Greece ("we"). We are the controller of the personal data described here. You can reach us at sales@azimuthnoc.com.
This policy covers the website only. Data processed inside the Azimuth platform for our customers is covered by the agreement each customer signs with us.
What we collect
When you use the contact form
We collect what you type: your name, company, e-mail address, phone number if you give it, the kind of organisation you are, what you'd like, the approximate number of sites and devices, and your message. We also record the time you sent it and your IP address, to stop spam and abuse.
When you visit the site
Our web server keeps standard access logs: IP address, date and time, the page requested, and your browser's user agent. We use these only to keep the site running and secure.
We don't use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and we don't load fonts or scripts from other companies. The site sets no cookies at all.

We don't use your details for marketing unless you ask us to, and we never sell them.
Who receives it
Your message is delivered by e-mail to our sales team. The website runs on a server rented from Hetzner Online GmbH, and our e-mail is hosted by our web hosting provider. Both process the data only on our behalf, under data processing agreements. Nobody else receives it unless the law requires us to share it.
How long we keep it
- Contact form messages: up to 24 months after our last exchange, unless you become a customer, in which case the customer agreement applies.
- Server access logs: up to 30 days.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to how we use it, or to receive it in a portable format. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time; this doesn't affect what we did before. Write to sales@azimuthnoc.com and we'll reply within one month.
You can also complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr), Kifisias 1-3, 11523 Athens.
Changes
If we change this policy we'll update the date at the top of this page.
